NEED HELP

I need help! While watching Daria, I've noticed a reoccurring background character that looks similar to a characters from another show I've seen, but I'm not sure which. I'll include a screenshot.

It's the girl on the far right. The combination of hair and clothes style remind me of someone, but who? Please help me discover who this is! I would REALLY appreciate the gesture. Laters.
